W. Randy Miller

Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia.

Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Mike Miller, Tommy Wright, Bud Teague, Bill Hicks, Gary Jerman, Larry Jerman and George Carpenter.

Warren Randy Miller passed away at 2:46 a.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Missouri. Randy was a lifelong Vandalia area resident and member of the First Christian Church. He attended Vandalia schools and graduated from Van-Far High School in the class of 1964. After school, Randy helped farm for several years and then worked for the Big River Oil Company as a gas and propane distributor. In 2003 he started working at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia in the maintenance department and retired from there in 2008 due to health reasons. Randy enjoyed his cats and was an avid NASCAR fan.

Born: August 16, 1947 in Vandalia, Missouri the son of Lloyd Reginald and Marie Elizabeth (Bankhead) Miller.

Married:

Survivors include: one brother, Mike R. and wife, Valda Miller of Chicago; one aunt, Phyllis Tredway of O'Fallon, Missouri and several cousins.

Preceded in death by: parents.
