Officiating will be: Rev. Bob Hoehn.
Music provided by: selected favorite hymns.
Interment will be in the Kilby Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Del Lee Pope, Jack Appling, Larry Fielder, Ryon Wilson, Larin Fielder and Shan Looney.
Sharon Lee (Appling) Rogers passed away unexpectedly Thursday afternoon, May 26, 2011 at the family's home in Farber, Missouri. She was a lifelong Audrain County resident and attended area schools. Sharon had been a homemaker and was a Christian by faith. She enjoyed photography, attending garage sales and collecting cookie jars and antiques. Sharon also loved her cats, attending auctions where she would add to her collection of old quilts and cow creamers. She enjoyed baking and gardening.
Born: April 25, 1942 in Audrain County, Missouri the daughter of Elliott Lee and Marjorie Helen (Jackson) Appling.
Married: Thomas Keith Rogers; he survives at the home in Farber.
Other survivors include: one son, Del Lee Pope of Farber; two daughters, Helen Munford and Debbie Wilson both of Mexico, Missouri; one brother, Jack Appling of Mexico; two sisters, Evie Fielder and Carolyn Evers both of Laddonia, Missouri; four grandchildren: Ryan Wilson and Cherice Kiner both of Vandalia, Josh and Candice Kiner.
Preceded in death by: parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Kilby Cemetery Association.
