Rosie Leveda Mefford, age 93, of Vandalia, MO passed away at 5:15 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Baptist Homes of Tri-County.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Waters Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Perry.
Visitation celebrating Rosie's life will be held 10:00 am until the time of the service Wednesday at the Waters Funeral Home.
