Officiating will be: Rev. Marvin Jones.

Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.

Reed Johnson Smith passed away at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday evening, July 26th at the Moberly Regional Medical Center in Moberly, Missouri.

Born: January 30, 1921 in rural Curryville, Missouri the son of Reed Johnson and Dora Alcie (Culwell) Smith.

Married: Juanita Faye Landers on October 17, 1953 in Vandalia, Missouri; she survives at the home.

Survivors include: wife, J. Faye Smith of Vandalia; two sons, Larry W. Smith of Mexico, Missouri and Dale and wife, Kelly Smith of Vandalia, Missouri; one sister, Janette M. Haley of Bowling Green, Missouri; three grandchildren, Alcia and her husband, Kaleb Smith of Mexico; Matthew Smith and Michael Smith, both of Vandalia; one great-granddaughter, Kellee Smith.

Preceded in death by: three brothers, Floyd C. Smith, Orville L. Smith and Kenneth D. Smith; six sisters, Lola E. Cribb, Josephine Haught, Edna M. Buchanan, Alcie L. Grange, Viola B. Moore and Dorothy O. Smith.
