Survivors include: parents, James and wife, Julia Cummins of Farber, Missouri and Beverly and husband, Michael Larvia of Northfield, Ohio; two sisters, Elizabeth Seitz of Vandalia, Missouri and Melissa and husband, Aaron Hansen of Farber, Missouri; one step-brother, Eddy and wife, Lisa Thurman of Mexico, Missouri.
