Saturday, August 30, 2003 from noon until service time at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Vandalia.
Service:

Saturday, August 30, 2003 at 2 p.m. at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Vandalia.
Officiating will be: Pastor Phillip Cooper and Pastor Robert Cassaday.
Music provided by: Melinda Graham.
Interment will be in the Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown.
Pallbearers: Michael Graham, Michael Smith, Michael Northcutt, Roger Murray, Donald Murray and Michael Tapley.

Murealdean Prior Carlisle died unexpectedly in her sleep and was found at 7:40 a.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2003 at her home in Vandalia. She had been a homemaker and was an active member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Vandalia. Her hobbies included sewing, reading, collecting dolls and bird watching.

Born: September 23, 1935 in Bay, Arkansas to William A. and Vista Fraiser Murray.

Married: Coleman I. Carlisle on November 18, 2001, he preceded her in death on March 13, 2002.

Survivors include: two sons, Jimmy D. Hill of New Jersey and James D. and wife Della Hill of Hermann; three daughters, Deborah L. Johnson of Montgomery, Alabama, Barbara S. and husband Roy Sisson of Ashley, Melissa F. and husband Henry Sanchez of Columbia; two brothers, James L. Murray of Grandin, Missouri and Billy Gene Murray of Fredericktown, Missouri; three sisters, Geraldine Smith of Cookville, Tenn, Fannie Lue Markey of Romulus, Michigan and Beverly Throgmorton of Florissant; 24 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; several step-children.

Preceded in death by: Parents; one son, George Edward Judd; one daughter, Tanya Dawn Judd; one sister, Carolyn Jean Murray.

Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Vandalia.
