Paul D James, age 82, of Vandalia, MO passed away at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the Waters Funeral Home. Bro. Kenny Haddock will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in the Vandalia Cemetery

Visitation celebrating Paul's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the Waters Funeral Home.
