Nolan Eugene Saettele

Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Peters Catholic Church in St. Charles, Missouri with arrangements under the direction of Waters Funeral Home in Vandalia, Missouri.
Officiating will be: Father Russell Judge.
Music provided by: church choir.
Interment will be in the Hawk Point Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Bart Saettele, Tom Saettele, Jeff Erwin, Doug Erwin, Bob Clagett and Kent Saettele.

Nolan Eugene Saettele passed away at 7:35 p.m. at the Charlevoix Care Center in St. Charles, Missouri. He was a 1951 Francis Howell High School graduate in Harvester, Missouri. Nolan was a member of the Catholic Church and enjoyed visiting relatives and reading. He had worked for a few years at the International Shoe Company in the warehouse and for years helped on the family farm.

Born: November 15, 1933 in St. Charles, Missouri the son of Alfred Henry and Elsie Marie (Douglas) Saettele.

Survivors include: Austin Saettle, Ron and wife, Carol Saettele, Don Graveman, Richard Howell, Kenneth Howell, Mildred Holmes, Charles Rothermich and Art Reuther.

Preceded in death by: his parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 203 W. Home St., Vandalia, MO 63382.
