Nicholas Weinpert, age 54, of Vandalia, MO passed away at 1:53 pm Friday, August 7, 2020, at SSM - Audrain Medical Center in Mexico.
A visitation celebrating the life of Nicâk âwill be held at 4:00 pm until the time of âFuneral service âon Monday August 10, 2020â at 7:00 pm at the Waters Funeral Home. âPastor Brian Lehenbauer will officiate.
Nicholas was born on February 26, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois the son of Steffan and Agnes (Basinger) Weinpert.
He was united in marriage to Stephanie Woodward on September 09, 2017. She survives him of the home.
Other survivors include his mother, Agnes Weinpert of Vandalia, MO; daughter, Brittany Weinpert of Houston, MO; sister, Vicki Kurz of Eureka, MO; stepson, Woody (& Hanna) Schoneboom of Crystal City, MO; stepdaughter, Chelsea (& Alan) Westling of Fulton, MO; granddaughter, Alexis Butkke and grandson, Layton Westling.
He was preceded in death by his father, Steffan Weinpert.
Nicâk attended school at Van-Far and worked as a laborâer for Harbison Walker Refractories. He enjoyed carpentry work and building things, motorcycles and playing with his âGerman âShepherds. Nicâk loved hanging out with his friends - Robbie, John, Richard and Tim.
Nicâk was a member of First Baptist Church of Vandalia.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Waters Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
