Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.

Marjorie Ann (Hoyt) Barnes passed away at 3:04 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at the Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.
Born: April 16, 1939 near Laddonia, Missouri the daughter of Walter Elwood and Clara Ann (Nodler) Hoyt.
Married: G. Ramon Barnes on January 29, 1961 in Laddonia, Missouri; he survives at the home.
Survivors include: husband, Ramon of Vandalia; two sons, Alan R. and wife, Debbie Barnes of Middletown, Missouri; Jeff B. and wife, Jackie Barnes of Arnold, Missouri; two daughters, Ann M. and husband, Greg Love of High Ridge, Missouri; Jill D. and husband, Rusty Strother of Vandalia, Missouri; two brothers, Laurance Hoyt and Teddy Hoyt both of Laddonia, Missouri; one sister, Virginia Barnes of Vandalia, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; Jessica Love, Garrett Love, Brandon Love, Cassidy Love, Logan Strother, Austin Strother, Colton Strother, Makenzie Barnes, Nicholas Barnes, Emma Barnes and Will Barnes.
Preceded in death by: parents and two brothers, Melvin Hoyt and Glenroy Hoyt.
