Officiating will be: Rev. Bob Balwanz.

Interment will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Merle Lee Culwell, Jeff Culwell, Scott Bartison, Will Sexton, Chris Sexton and Bill Sexton.

Lowell Wayne Fisher passed away at 2:17 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Missouri. Wayne was a lifelong Vandalia area resident and a 1949 Vandalia High School graduate. After high school, Wayne served his country in the United States Marine Corps during in the Korean Conflict. Upon his return home, he continued to farm southeast of Vandalia. Wayne was a long-time member of the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church and enjoyed as his hobbies, hunting, fishing, trapping and raising his hogs and cattle.

Born: October 7, 1931 in Vandalia, Missouri the son of Ollie Cleveland and Emma (Storck) Fisher.

Married: Emily Jane Huser on July 16, 1965 in Hannibal, Missouri; she preceded him in death on February 10, 2007.

Survivors include: one step-son: William Wesley and wife, Joyce Sexton of rural Vandalia; one step-daughter: Pamela C. and husband, Dickie Harris of Vandalia; two grandchildren: William Wesley Sexton III of Columbia, Missouri; Christopher Daniel Sexton of Macomb, Illinois.

Preceded in death by: wife, Emily; one step-daughter, Becky Sexton Ritter; one brother, William F. Fisher.

Memorials are encouraged to the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church.
