Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Bobby Foree and Jom Ward.

Mary Lillian Ward died at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2003 at the Heritage Hall Manor in Centralia, Missouri. She had been a homemaker and resident of rural Middletown and Vandalia for most of her adult life. Mary enjoyed the outdoors, particularly gardening and her flowers.

Born: October 26, 1912 in rural Audrain County, Missouri the daughter of Leonard and Lydia Belle (Allen) Foree.

Married: Lee J. Ward on Feb. 26, 1930 in Bowling Green; he preceded her in death on October 15, 1979.

Survivors include: one son, Donald and wife, Joyce Ward of Centralia; two grandchildren, Nicole and Jim Ward, both of Centralia; one great-granddaughter, Kyra Ward; one nephew, Bobby Foree of Farber and a niece of the state of Texas.

Preceded in death by: one brother, Leo Foree and a brother who died in infancy.
