Kenneth Edward Riechard passed away with family by his side at 3:50 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia. He was born in Burlington, Iowa and attended schools there. Kenny did carpentry work for several years after school. He then worked for a number of years as an over-the-road truck driver and mechanic. Kenny's hobbies included fishing, hanging out with friends and family and cooking.

Born: August 15, 1957 in Burlington, Iowa the son of Frank and Deloris (Benson) Riechard Jr.

Survivors include: one sister, Pati (Tommy) Ingram of Vandalia; girlfriend, Susan Christian of Vandalia; one uncle, Jack Riechard of Hannibal; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by: parents; grandparents: Frank and Eva Riechard Sr., Roy and Edna Prather; two brothers: Michael F. Riechard and Charles T. Riechard; one nephew, Allie F. Riffle.
