Monday, August 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia, Missouri.
Service:

Monday, August 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia.
Officiating will be: Rev. Bob Hoehn.
Music provided by: "Whispering Home"
Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Richard Jones, Buford Barnes, Tom Spradling, Larry Beshears, Mike Culwell and Mitch Ulrich.

Juanita L. Yellowstone passed away at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Missouri. She was a life long resident of Vandalia and graduated from Vandalia High School as Salutatorian of her class in 1941. Juanita had worked at Harbison-Walker Refractories in the payroll department for 40 years, retiring in 1981. She has been a member of the First Baptist Church in Vandalia since 1934. Juanita has taught young people in Sunday School, helped with the G.A's and Vacation Bible School. Juanita loved to travel in her younger years. She has been from the Northeast to Hawaii. Juanita loved to go shopping, eat out, read and visit with friends. She had many fond memories of her family, church family and friends. Juanita will best be remembered for her love of the Lord and her good sense of humor.

Born: July 4, 1023 in Vandalia, Missouri the daughter of Charles North and Minerva Jane (Coyle) Yellowstone.

Married:

Survivors include: one niece, Connie Henderson; one nephew, John Wolber and cousin, Bruce and his wife Alice.

Preceded in death by: parents and two sisters, Florence Wolber and Alida Yellowstone.

Memorials are encouraged to the Van-Far Scholarship Fund.
