Jerry Wayne Foiles passed away at 8:05 a.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at his mother's home in Vandalia. He was a lifelong Vandalia resident and attended area schools. Jerry was a Christian by faith and attended Southside Baptist Church. Until his health issues, he had worked as a handyman in the area for several years.

Born: July 24, 1965 in Columbia, Missouri the son of Douglas C. Foiles and Della Fern Brookshire.

Married:

Survivors include: mother, Della Fischer of the home; one son, Mathew L. Stuart of Foley, Missouri; one brother, James Foiles of Laddonia, Missouri; two sisters, Donna Kemry and Kim Fischer both of Vandalia, Missouri; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by: father; one daughter, Brianna Stuart in 2004.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the family.
