Gene Ann was a loving and caring soul, renowned for her culinary talents. Pleasant, IA and Richard Redd of Vandalia, MO; daughters, Melissa Redd of Vandalia, MO and Jolene Dixon of Vandalia, MO; brothers, James Wheeler of Hannibal, MO and Chris Redd (Cheri) of Chatham, IL; sisters, Fannie Carter (William) of Davenport, IA and Daisy Warren (Frank) of Clarksville, MO; and sister-in-laws, Dorothy Miles of Columbia, MO and Aisha Abdinasir of Kansas City, MO.
