Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 1:30 until service time at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia, Missouri.
Service:

Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel, 500 S. Main Street in Vandalia, Missouri 63382.
Officiating will be: Roger & Glenn Easley.
Music provided by: selected favorite hymns.
Interment of his cremains will be at a later date at the Farber Cemetery.
Pallbearers:

Frank Edward Easley passed away at 3:20 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2010 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri. Frank grew up in Columbia and graduated in 1943 from the University High School. He attended one year of college in Columbia at the University of Missouri, where he met his future wife, Betty McCollum. Frank served in the U. S. Army at the end of World War II and served with the occupational forces in Japan. After serving his country and his return to the states, he and his wife moved to Vandalia. Frank was quite the mechanic and enjoyed fixing cars, trucks, watches, anything mechanical. He owned and operated a garage and service station at the west edge of town on U. S. 54 for many years prior to his retirement.

Born: July 13, 1925 in Miami, Florida the son of Edward Greene and Blanche (Hall) Easley.

Married: Betty McCollum on June 9, 1951 in Vandalia, Missouri; she preceded him in death on August 11, 2008.

Survivors include: two sons, Glenn E. and wife, Mary Easley of Columbia, Missouri; Roger E. and wife, Diane Easley of Decatur, Georgia; one sister, Esther Thames of Denton, Texas; four grandchildren: Matthew Easley of Washington, D.C.; Sarah Easley of Columbia, Missouri; Michelle Easley and Daniel Easley both of Decatur, Georgia.

Preceded in death by: parents; wife, Betty; one brother, John Easley.
