Floyd W. Joy, age 84, of Vandalia, MO passed away at 11:38 am Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Baptist Home Tri-County in Vandalia.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Waters Funeral Home. Pastor Phil Alvord will officiate. Burial will follow in the Vandalia Cemetery.
There will be no public visitation.
The family is being served by the Waters Funeral Home of Vandalia.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Loving Care Hospice, in care of Waters Funeral Home.
