Eugene F. Todd passed away at 5:20 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2008 at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia, Missouri. Eugene was a high school graduate and served in the U. S. Armed Forces during World War II. He returned back to the Vandalia area and worked as a machinist at Harbison Walker Refractories in Vandalia for many years prior to his retirement in 1983.

Born: January 22, 1918 the son of Clarence and Ida (Foster) Todd.

Married: Edith Irene Blackwell; she preceded him in death on November 26, 2004.

Survivors include: cousin Reva Terry of Hannibal, Missouri; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: parents; wife, Edith; one brother, Stanley L. "Jack" Todd.
