Edith Anne (Donovan) Dunn passed away at 10:20 p.m. on Friday, December 26, 2008 at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia, Missouri. Edith was a high school graduate and had worked as a secretary at the Sheffield, Illinois high school. She has also served as the city clerk of Rensselaer, Indiana while her husband Bill was the gas superintendent. Edith was a Catholic by faith and enjoyed reading and watching television.

Born: June 14, 1925 in Buell, Illinois the daughter of Daniel and Anna (Comdom) Donovan.

Married: William M. Dunn on June 18, 1966 in Sheffield, Illinois; he preceded her in death on November 3, 2003.

Survivors include: nephew, Tim Donovan of New York.

Preceded in death by: husband, Bill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Vandalia.
