Visitation:
Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia.
Service:

Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel.
Officiating will be: Rev. Joel Montgomery.
Music provided by: Barbara Elzea - pianist; Kevin Morris - soloist; St. Cecilia Music Club.
Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Mike Bahr, Josh Davis, Joseph Clithero, Ryan Morris, Bob Hunn and Dewey Straube. Honorary Pallbearers: Monte Hoover, Ron Morris and Darin Clithero.

Dorothy Jane "Sunny" (Nabe) Morris passed away with family at her side at 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia.

Born: December 25, 1918 in St. Louis the daughter of Henry and Edna (Heinzel) Nabe.

Married: Rual R. Morris on April 3, 1943 at the Central Presbyterian Church in Clayton, Missouri.

Survivors include: one son, Cary Morris of Springfield, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Mary Jayne Muschany of Carefree, Arizona; nephews, Jim (Teresa) Nabe of St. Louis; Robert (Chris) Crandell of Florissant; Ron (Karen) Morris of Vandalia; nieces, Joan Madden of St. Louis; Judy (Mike) Beishir of Houston, Texas; Linda (Noel) Harris of Bolivar, Missouri; Fran Jerman of Vandalia and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: parents; her siblings and their spouses: Walbert "Bud" (Estelle) Nabe; Audrey (Jim) Schulte and Arlene (Charlie) Crandell; Rual R. Morris; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Murryl Morris and Ernest and Charlene Wilson; brother-in-law, Donald Muschany.

Memorials are encouraged to the Tri-County Care Center Activities Department or to the First Presbyterian Church in Vandalia.
