Cecil Gaston Coke passed away at 4:40 p.m. Thursday afternoon, January 13, 2005 at his home northwest of Vandalia.

Born: November 10, 1919 in Jessup, Arkansas to Neil and Rebecca (Howard) Coke.

Married: Martha Morris in 1963 in Batesville, Arkansas.

Survivors include: two sons, James M. Coke of Troy, Missouri and Paul V. Coke of rural Vandalia; one daughter, Rebecca J. Coke of Moscow Mills; one brother, Afton Coke of Cave City, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Brandy Coke.

Preceded in death by: one son, John G. Coke and one half-brother, Louis Koch.
