Service:

Friday, January 23, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel.
Officiating will be: Rev. Glenn Forman.
Interment of his cremains will take place at a later date.
Honorary Pallbearers: Carl's nieces and nephews.

Carl Wayne White passed away at 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Missouri. He was a 1969 graduate of Van-Far high school and lived most of his life in the Vandalia area. After school he began working at CE Refractories near Farber until it closed. Carl then worked at Car Rubber Plant near Hermann for several years before joining the Missouri Department of Corrections. He worked at the WERDCC in Vandalia for 17 years as a corrections officer. Carl was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Mexico and enjoyed the hobbies of fishing and hunting.

Born: January 18, 1951 in Mexico, Missouri the son of William Clifford and Iva Laura (Meteer) White.

Survivors include: four brothers: Billy Joe and Judy White of Vandalia; Kenneth and Leona White of Bowling Green; Charles and Janie White of New London; Dennis Ray White of Columbia; four sisters: Iva Joyice Mullinix and Jim of Vandalia; Linda and Earl Traynor of Centralia; Sue and Roger Carroll of Boonville; Janice Sloan of Conway, South Carolina; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: parents.
