Service:

Sunday, October 12, 2003 at 3 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel, Vandalia.
Officiating will be: Rev. Jeannie Martin Webb.
Music provided by: chapel music of selected favorite hymns.
Interment will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jim Wright, Alan Kraft, Donald Rutherford, Clark Wright, Alan Wright and Richard Dale Wilkinson.

Mayo C. Moore died at 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at the Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia.

Born: June 13, 1915 in rural Pike County, Missouri the son of Otis and Cora (Kerns) Moore.

Married: Geneva Kraft on March 6, 1940, she survives at the home.

Survivors include: his wife, Geneva; one sister, Otis Blanche Silvey of Curryville; two sisters-in-law, Martha Wright of Vandalia and Marie Rutherford of Montgomery City; several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: his parents; one sister, Wilma Long of the State of Washington and two nephews.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Methodist Church or the donor's choice.
